A Long Term Loan is a loan that is used to service investors who are holding properties for rental income.  We offer non-QM loans that allow for refinancing out of the short term, bridge loans into a lower rate conventional loan.  This allows clients to close on their property quickly with the short term loan and in parallel work towards the longer term loan to hold the property for rental purposes.
